Vinaigrette Dressing

1/3c. Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider
1/3c. lemon juice
1/2c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic-minced
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp.honey (optional)
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum (optional, but it helps keep the dressing together)
sea salt and pepper to taste
Mix together in glass jar, shake well and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Make just over one cup.
